When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We use courier aggregator services and ship the couriers via multiple courier providers. The service provider is chosen automatically by the platform and can’t be manually edited. |

My Website hippnation ships to addresses across the globe, however, we can’t guarantee the order deliveries to P.O boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
“hippnation” is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
“hippnation” is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship the orders across the Globe with multiple currency options to choose. By default, the website would automatically switch the currency and language based on your Country Geolocation. If you’d like to ship the product to different country, you could choose the Country switch dropdown on the page to find the list of available countries where we can deliver your product.

Cancellation Policy
We offer free cancellations for any orders that are cancelled before shipping. Once the product is already shipped, it can not be cancelled. If however, the product is undelivered and returned to out warehouse, we offer reshipment / order cancellation after deducting 15% restocking fee.
Return & Refund Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
In order to be eligible for a return or a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase or claim for the refund via the website contact-us section. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged & unused in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
